Employees
Attracting and retaining high-quality staff and developing their knowledge and expertise are vital for Corio’s continuity and its ambition to achieve outperformance. We consequently attach great importance to the atmosphere in the workplace and our values and organisational culture. Our policy is also designed to make Corio an attractive employer by, for example, offering training opportunities and the possibility of internal promotions, as well as attractive terms of employment and fringe benefits.
Corio offers its employees opportunities to achieve a good work-life balance. As well as allowing employees in the Netherlands to purchase additional days off via a ‘cafeteria model’, we also make provision for various types of leave and most positions allow part-time working.
Corio encourages employees to take pride in their work and to work together to optimise results. We do this by, for example, organising business days, lectures and knowledge-sharing sessions. The size of the organisation and its growth ambitions mean employees have wide-ranging development opportunities, both professionally and personally.
Corio publicises its vacancies in various newspapers, on the intranet and internet and with recruitment agencies so that a wide variety of candidates can respond. It is very important to Corio that the best possible candidates have the chance to apply for vacancies, irrespective of their age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, skin colour, racial or ethnic origins and nationality. The CEOs of Corio N.V. and the business units, together with the HRM employees, are responsible for setting and implementing an HRM policy focusing on continuity and achieving outperformance.
