Human resource management
Our human resource policy applies to all Corio employees and is designed to attract and retain sufficient numbers of employees on competitive terms and with the skills and qualities we need so that the group can achieve its strategy. It is important in this respect for employees to be able to maintain a proper balance between commercial interests and CSR-related interests. Employees are expected to have a positive attitude and demonstrate respect for and trust in each other. When selecting employees we look at aspects such as creativity, collegiality, sensitivity, integrity and the ability to work in a team. In return, Corio is pleased to invest in optimising and further developing the knowledge, skills and competencies of its employees. Corio appreciates the importance of a healthy, safe and pleasant working environment, and so invests in measures to safeguard this. We also support the International Labour Organisation’s Declaration on fundamental principles and rights at work.
Some specifications on Corio’s workforce can be found in the charts.
