Declaration pursuant to article 5:25c 2 c of the dutch financial supervision act (wft)
The Management Board declares that to the best of its knowledge (i) the financial statements give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit and loss account result of Corio and the related companies included in the consolidated financial statements, (ii) the annual report give a true and fair view of the situation at the balance sheet date and of the events at Corio and the related companies included in the consolidated financial statements during the financial year and that the actual risks run by the issuer are described in the annual report.
