Whistleblower arrangements

Employees are able to report alleged irregularities within the company without jeopardising their legal position. Employees can report their suspicions of abuses to their superiors and/or the confidential contact person appointed under the Whistleblower arrangements. In a number of cases, including suspected irregularities concerning the performance of members of the Management Board, the whistleblower arrangements (Rules on Dealing with Suspected Abuses) provide for reports to be made to the chairman of the Supervisory Board. The entire text of the whistleblower arrangements can be found on the website. No reports under the whistleblower arrangements were made in 2008.
