From consumer to dividend: Pipeline
The favourable conditions under which Corio acquired its projects in the past ensure that the pipeline has added value. Projects in the fixed pipeline still show a positive spread of 120 basis points in comparison with the initial yields of the operating portfolio and will contribute to direct result or net profit earnings from the opening date.
