From consumer to dividend: Dividend
Apart from the statutory payout, Corio is keen to keep its promise to increase the dividend year-on-year by at least the price index for the EU15. Through the solid build-up of visitors who spend via the tenants, and the financing of our centres, that promise is materialising.
