Pensions

The members of the Management Board each have their own individual pension plans. Corio N.V. pays an annual contribution, based on the labour market reference group, to each member of the Management Board. It is assumed that members of the Management Board retire at the age of 65.

The pension contribution for the CEO has been set at 20% of (fixed) annual salary. The pension contribution for the CFO has also been set at 20% of (fixed) annual salary.
