Internal succession to key positions

Corio made internal appointments in 2008 of successors for its CEO and the managing directors of its Dutch and Spanish business units. Its ability to find suitable candidates within the organisation is a direct result of Corio’s human resource management policy, in which internal succession is an expressly stated principle.
