Shareholder information and investor relations: Investor relations
Corio aims for a high level of transparency with respect to the company’s financial situation, strategy and connected specific plans, and other information that could be of relevance to its existing and potential stakeholders. This information is made available to all stakeholders simultaneously, in time and in a clear and consistent manner.
Financial results are published quarterly in the form of press releases. The full-year and half-year figures are presented and explained at meetings organised for analysts and the financial media. The analysts’ meetings are accessible for everybody via a webcast. The results for the first quarter and the first nine months of the year are explained in a teleconference that is accessible to all. Price-sensitive information is published immediately in the form of a press release. Further information on Corio can be obtained from our investor relations department (e-mail investor.relations@nl.corio-eu.com, telephone +31 30 2829343).
In addition to the flow of regular information described above, Corio also believes it is important to keep stakeholders informed about developments within the company. To this end, in 2008 Corio organised a number of roadshows and property tours and attended a number of conferences to talk to analysts and investors about the company, and to explain the company’s strategy, working methods and activities, often in the form of question and answer sessions. During the property tours, analysts and investors were also given the opportunity to meet the local management of Corio. All these activities provide investors and analysts with in-depth information on the quality of the portfolio and the management as well as financial information on the business. The presentations that were given during these meetings are available on Corio’s website.
As well as the above information on Corio, the website (in Dutch and English) contains information on the company’s structure, management and entire property portfolio. All this information will remain available for at least five years. The investor relations department is in contact with the many analysts who monitor Corio’s performance, ensures that shareholders, stakeholders and other interested parties are treated equally, and is always available to provide information on matters concerning Corio to anyone who requests it.
