This strong local basis supports stable growth in direct and indirect income. The head office provides central checks and balances, defines best practices and provides substantive expertise in the relevant professional fields. Business units communicate with the holding company through annual budgets, investment proposals and quarterly reports. Financing and fiscal matters are head office responsibilities at all times.
