Visitor numbers and sales
Although the shopping centres have been operational for only a short time and no annual or comparative figures are available, it can be deduced on the basis of operations so far that Adacenter, 365 and Teras Park receive a total of around 11 million visitors annually. Akmerkez, a household name and trendsetter in Turkey, attracts around 10 million visitors on an annual basis. Corio Türkiye monitors the sales of the centres and its tenants closely and regards this as important management information. In addition, a large proportion of the leases include guaranteed basic rent or sales-based rent clauses, depending on which is the higher.
